  • How do I set up a St Elizabeth Tribute Fund?

It’s very easy to create a page that is personal to the person you are remembering.

All you need to do is register with our site, this should only take a few minutes and then all you need to do is click the link in the confirmation email we will send you to activate your account.

Once you’ve logged in, you’re ready to get started.

You will be able to add photos, videos, share thoughts and write about the person the fund is in memory of.

Once you have finished creating your Tribute Fund it will be submitted to our team who will approve it for publishing on the St Elizabeth Tribute Fund website. As soon as our team has approved your Tribute Fund it will be published and we will send you an email to advise you.
Once your Tribute Fund is set up and published, visitors to your page will be able to contribute to the fund, share their own thoughts and special memories. You will be able to choose to receive emails notifications about your funds progress. If you choose to opt-in to notifications we will email you when someone has added a thought, donation, photo or video and you’ll have the option (when logged in) to delete the entry if you do not feel it’s appropriate for your Tribute Fund.

  • What is a St Elizabeth Tribute Fund?

A St Elizabeth Tribute Fund is a fund set up in memory of a loved one who has died. The fund acts as a permanent tribute to their life and enables family and friends to share special memories, support each other in their bereavement and raise money in their loved ones name to support the work of St Elizabeth Hospice.

All the money raised through your St Elizabeth Tribute Fund goes to supporting the work of the Hospice.

  • How do I tell my friends and family about the Tribute Fund?

Once your fund is live on the St Elizabeth Tribute Fund website we will send you an email which you can forward to your friends and family. Your Tribute Fund will have its own short code meaning you can easily share the short code and anyone who has the code can access the fund quickly and easily. You will receive details of your funds unique short code during the set up process.

  • What do I have to do once my Tribute Fund is set up and friends and family have been notified?

As the person who has set up the Fund, you will be able to do the following things when logged in:

- Write, edit and delete thoughts, memories and information about the person the fund is in-memory of
- Upload photos and videos to the gallery area
- Delete any entries that you feel are inappropriate
- Donate online towards the Tribute Fund
- Make changes to your account profile including the look of your page
- Change your account password or email address

  • Can I change the Tribute Fund page once it has been created?

Yes, once your page is published you can log in and change the page.

  • What about security?

You will be using a secure connection to create your page and your account will be password-protected so that only you will be able to make any changes. If you forget your log in details you will be able to request a reminder by clicking the forgotten password option on the Tribute Fund home page.
